Designation: Employee Relationship Manager
The role handles consultant, client and/or human resources conflicts, and ensuring effective resolution in accordance with Shell Infotech policies; applies expert knowledge and understanding of human resources functions, processes and the interdependencies of such processes.
The person will thrive on working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment and will be as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to provide real-time support to the line, as well as thinking about how process and the HR experience for the business can be improved. They will be keen to participate in designing and delivering longer-term strategic employee relations and retentions, as well as delivering operational excellence.
Provide proactive support and solutions to complex Employee Relations matters
Provide support to HR and business leaders to enable the effective application of the people management and on-boarding services
SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for consultants and External employees
Work collaboratively with consultants and external employees to lead employee relations initiatives
Employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling & attritions management.
Establishing effective communication to bring transparency in consultants and Employer relationship.
Counseling employees to maintain healthy work environment & facilitating employee satisfaction.
Updating and implementing all HR procedures as per the existing policy for consultants and External employees.
Roll-in and Role-out update.
Advise and direct on the employee relations matters in acquisitions and staff transfers
Working closely with business team for contracts and PO renewals
Effective redeployments and cross selling of relievers with across the business units
Zero down the attrition rate with redeployments
Effective retention techniques for consultants who looking for a change and resignations
Contribute to and lead the development of global employee relations programmers and process improvements for the APAC locations
